As a specialist in your chosen subject and an experienced teacher in the Trust, they help you to become an excellent teacher, organise your time and manage the many priorities of your course and school commitments

Ashmole Trust’s Training Lead 

Oversees your training, regularly reviewing your progress with your mentor and ensuring you have the best and most appropriate support in place to make your training a success. 

Your University Tutor 

You will be assigned a university tutor who is a specialist in your subject and they will visit you in school regularly throughout the year. Tutors work alongside your Lead and Coach to ensure you progress and receive the correct support in school
